“In a divided time, we return to bring people together. Like a Trojan horse in a world of dictatorial madness and geopolitical chaos, we step onto the stage and get Denmark clapping in time in the name of love, celebration and diversity.”

Søren and Nicolaj Rasted are ready once again to put on their iconic black-and-white suits, turn up the sense of togetherness and loosen the tie tightening around everyday life and world peace, with huge hits, air horns and the duo’s always explosive live show on a bigger scale than ever.

It happens when Hej Matematik visit K.B. Hallen in Copenhagen, Aalborg Kongres Center and ACC in Aarhus in March 2026.

They broke through in the late 2000s with an expression as angular as a Kraftwerk record, complemented by refreshingly understated self-deprecation and humour that spread to audiences and fans across Denmark. Their debut album ‘Vi Burde Ses Noget Mere’ went platinum with singles such as ‘Gymnastik’, ‘Centerpubben’ and, of course, the double-platinum hit ‘Walkmand’. Their second album, ‘Alt Går Op i 6’, was just as successful, led by the now legendary party anthem ‘Party i Provinsen’.

Live reviewers called them “the world’s best maths lesson” as Hej Matematik took over some of Denmark’s biggest stages and practically became the house band beneath the beech trees at Smukfest, appearing there five years in a row.

In autumn 2024, uncle and nephew finally shared a stage again for the first time in almost ten years, as Hej Matematik surprised Aqua’s audience at Royal Arena and instantly reignited a party that can never be calculated in advance.
