Bye Bye Brenda

Bye Bye Brenda brings together two artists from different corners of Danish pop. Stine Bramsen comes with one of the country’s most familiar voices; Kajsa Vala with a songwriter’s ear for americana, roots and the spaces around a song.

On their debut album "Landmarks", they meet in a quieter place: close harmonies, direct stories and melodies that move between Nordic pop and American songwriting without trying too hard to belong to either.

Live, Bye Bye Brenda is built on restraint rather than spectacle. Two voices, guitar, songs and the kind of room where people actually listen. After performances at Heartland and Roskilde Festival, the duo has become a live act with a rare ability to make the small format feel full.
